Lost or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Remaining balance on vouchers can be used for future eligible purchases.

Pricing and Processing Your Orders

Prices may change but not affect confirmed orders. Obvious errors may result in cancellation.

If an error is found after placing your order, we’ll contact you before acceptance.

All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are clearly indicated.

Payment

Payment is taken when your order is received and checked. Orders not accepted will be refunded.

Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel within 28 days of receiving goods. You’ll receive a full refund per our Refunds Policy and Returns Policy.

Refunds Policy

Returns of non-defective goods:

  • Refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Delivery refunded only if the full order is returned.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.

Returns of defective goods:

  • Examined and refunded within 30 days, including shipping costs.

Used or damaged returns may be subject to a reduced refund.

No refunds for personalized/custom goods unless faulty.

Refunds are made using your original payment method.

Risk and Title

Goods are your responsibility after delivery. Ownership passes only after full payment including delivery fees.

Our Liability

We warrant goods are of satisfactory quality.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss.
  • Loss of profit, goodwill, business, or data.

Liability limits:

  • Business customers: up to purchase price.
  • Consumers: up to 3x purchase price.

We do not limit liability for:

  • Death or injury due to negligence.

Orders from outside the UK are not accepted.

Limitation of Liability (Easy Repeat)

Our Easy Repeat liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for:

  • Product unavailability

We do not limit liability for death, injury, or fraud.
